The reaction of primary and secondary wool fibres to changes in nutrition

Abstract

The responses of primary and secondary wool fibres to changes of nutrition are in proportion to their cross-sectional areas. No indication was found that primary fibres compete more effectively with secondary fibres at a low level of wool production than a t a high one.
