Abstract
The synthesis of a small library of 3-heteroarylaminopropane-1-sulfonamide analogues of 4-aminobutanoic acid (GABA) by solid-phase chemistry is reported. None showed any significant activity as agonists or antagonists of GABAA or GABAB receptors in the guinea pig ileum.Keywords: Combinatorial synthesis;
