Abstract

The protected phosphoserine synthon N^α-(t-butoxycarbonyl)-O-(dibenzylphosphono)-L-serine was prepared in three steps. Stability studies on the phosphorylating agent dibenzyl phosphorochloridate were performed by ³¹P n.m.r. spectroscopy.
