Abstract
Integrated cross sections for the population of excited states of 27AI and 27Si following photodisintegration of 28Si are presented. Consistency with particle pickup reactions is claimed as evidence of the single-particle nature of the photonuclear reaction in the giant resonance region.https://doi.org/10.1071/PH720669
