Pseudocercospora correicola sp. nov., another leaf pathogen of Correa species from Australia

Abstract

Pseudocercospora correicola sp. nov. is introduced for a hyphomycete causing non-necrotic blotches on leaves of Correa refexa and C. lawrenceana. It is compared with P. correae and P. adinicola, for which a revised description is given, and the status of the three species is discussed in relation to the broad generic concept currently accepted for Pseudocercospora.
