The Queensland Department of Education, Training and the Arts needed a self-paced, interactive e-learning resource to support the professional development of vocational education training practitioners in the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Attendance at face-to-face workshops is limited so the challenge was to offer similar professional development opportunities in a flexible and accessible format to staff unable to attend face-to-face workshops. This elearning resource had to include the information, tools and resources and address the same learning outcomes.
The activities in this resource have proven so successful that they are now used in the face-to-face workshops as well. |
