To produce a dynamic, uplifting video that explains the BLUElink project, a collaboration between the Wealth from Oceans Flagship, the Bureau of Meteorology, and the Navy. It explains the need for this research and its aims, the challenge of doing the research (turbulent ocean, etc), and the potential benefits of resulting products.
