General Information

PASA welcomes the submission of papers presenting original and significant research in all branches of astronomy and astrophysics, including instrumentation. There are no page charges.

All papers are refereed in consultation with an Editorial Board appointed by the ASA.

New Submission System

The journal is currently moving to a new manuscript submission system. If your manuscript was submitted prior to 23 November 2011 you can continue to monitor its progress through OSPREY. All new manuscripts should be submitted via ScholarOne Manuscripts.

When preparing a paper for publication, please follow journal style and layout as closely as possible. It may help if you consult a recent copy of the journal or a sample issue online. Detailed guidelines are set out in the Instructions to Authors.

There are no page charges for PASA. The Editorial Board approve a certain number of papers from ASA members to be published Open Access without a publication fee.

Reprints

Reprints are not available.

Indexing/Abstracting

The journal is indexed/abstracted in a wide variety of databases.
