Cassinia glossophylla Cass. is Ozothamnus leptophyllus (G.Forst.) Breitw. & J.M.Ward (Asteraceae)

Abstract

Cassinia glossophylla Cass., mistakenly described as from Australia, is synonymous with the New Zealand species Ozothamnus leptophyllus (G.Forst.) Breitw. & J.M.Ward. The type specimen probably came from the Bay of Islands, a previously undocumented source of Sieber collections.
