 Dr Manny Noakes is the stream leader for the Substantiation of Health Benefits of Integrated Lifestyle Programs at CSIRO Health Sciences and Nutrition, where she manages clinical trials exploring the effects of different foods, diets, supplements and pharmaceuticals on health. She is an affiliate senior lecturer in the School of Medicine at Flinders University, affiliate senior lecturer in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, University of Adelaide and affiliate associate professor in the Department of Medicine, University of Adelaide.

Dr Peter Clifton is research director for nutrition, obesity and related conditions at CSIRO Health Sciences and Nutrition. He is also associate professor of medicine at the University of Adelaide and practises as an endocrinologist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Flinders Medical Centre.
