Author Information
Dr. R. Larry Peterson is internationally renowned for his research on symbiotic associations between fungi and roots and has taught many courses in botany, including plant anatomy. He has received several awards for teaching and research and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.
Dr. Carol A. Peterson has developed and taught courses in botany – plant anatomy. She is internationally renowned for her research on the structure and function of plant roots and recently won the Gleb Krotkov Award for her contributions to the Canadian Society of Plant Physiologists.
Lewis Melville is a Research Associate in Dr. R. Larry Peterson's laboratory and has contributed to research and teaching for over 20 years. He is the co-author of numerous research publications.
