Editor in Chief - Mark Lackie

Dr Mark Lackie

Mark Lackie (PhD 1989, Macquarie University) teaches Geophysics at Macquarie University. He sees that his primary role as an academic is to produce the next crop of geophysicists and he enjoys this immensely. His research interests include palaeomagnetism, magnetics and gravity, with the general aim of understanding geological problems. Through his teaching and research supervision he is also involved in the application of geophysics in understanding environmental and exploration problems. He is also a member of the Geological Society of Australia, American Geophysical Union and the Geological Society of America.
