About the Journal

Scope

Healthcare Infection is published by CSIRO PUBLISHING on behalf of the Australasian College for Infection Prevention and Control. The journal provides a peer-reviewed medium for communication of findings and perspectives among the professional disciplines involved in this specialist field. Its purpose is to expand infection control knowledge in order to prevent infection-related illness. Original contributions pertinent to infection control in all health care settings are invited, which may include research projects, literature reviews, case studies, clinical findings, surveillance outcomes, reports, book and article reviews, product reviews and Letters to the Editor.
