Abstract
Three Hedysarum spp. (H. carnosum, H. coronarium and H. flexuosum) were found to be susceptible hosts for the root rot pathogen Phytophthora medicaginis in an inoculated glasshouse experiment. In terms of plant mortality, H. carnosum was found to be very susceptible.
