Chromosome numbers in Stackhousia (Stackhousiaceae)

Abstract

Meiotic material was examined for eight populations of five Australian species. Chromosome counts were determined as follows: S. brunonis (n=c. 15 or 16), S. Huegelii n=10), S. monogyna (n=9, 15), S. pubescens (n=9, 18), and S. cf. georgei n=10).
