Physiological Activity, in a Semiarid Environment, of Eucalyptus Camaldulensis Dehn. From Two Provenances

Abstract

Seedlings of provenances from Victoria and the Northern Territory were planted in S. Israel. Measurements of diam. growth, CO2 uptake and stomatal conductance at age 4-5 yr showed that the Victorian provenance was better adapted to the semiarid conditions of S. Israel than the Northern Territory provenance.
