The Reaction e+ e- ?h'(X°)g and the New Vector Mesons

Abstract

The generalized vector meson dominance theory of Sakurai is used to study the production of 1'1' mesons in electron-positron collisions. The differential and total cross sections are calculated, especially taking into account contributions from the new vector mesons p'(l250) and p"(l600). The influence of an SU(3) symmetry-breaking parameter f3 on the numerical results is also investigated
