Male Sterility in Mice Homozygous for the Tw2 Allele

Abstract

The causes of sterility in males homozygous for the male sterile viable tw2 allele were investigated. The numbers, motility, and morphology of sperm from sterile andfertile males in the vas deferens, and in the uterus and fallopian tubes of females inseminated by these males were examined.
