Abstract
Comparison is made of absolute backscatter coefficients for land and sea. measured at elevation angles between 8° and 30° at Brisbane. An explanation of the wide disparities that exist between individual measurements is given in terms of the presence or absence of various sizes of trees.https://doi.org/10.1071/PH690757
