Otway/Bass Basins

Paul Zealand joined Origin in 2005 and manages Origin’s portfolio of oil and gas assets in Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. He is also responsible for Origin’s exploration activities focused on the long-term growth and development of the Upstream business.

Before joining Origin, Paul held various senior roles for Shell, and has more than 35 years’ global oil and gas experience.

Paul holds a Master of Business Administration (with distinction) from Manchester Business School and Bachelor of Science (Mech.—1st Class Honours) from John Moore’s University, Liverpool, UK is a Vice President of the Queensland Resources Council, a Fellow of Engineers Australia and a member of the AICD.
