Big Talk, Little Action: the enduring narrative of primary care reform
Abstract
Whilst much policy commitment to primary care reform has occurred since the National Health and Hospitals Reform Commission’s landmark Report in 2009, little change is visible. This Perspective explores the ongoing barriers to delivering the desired reforms, and suggests solutions in overcoming them.
