The Feeding Ecology and Behaviour of Seven Species of Raptor Overwintering in Coastal Victoria.

Abstract

Diet was studied of raptor birds, 1 sp. of each of the genera Accipiter, Circus, Elanus, Falco, Haliastur, Ninox and Tyto. Interaction and competition for prey and carrion among those species and between them and Corvus mellori were noted.
