In the Results, section ‘Awareness of vaccine safety surveillance systems’ (left column, lines 4–6. p. 4 of the PDF version) some numbers and percentages were incorrectly presented. The text should read as follows (corrected text shown in bold):

Of those HCPs aware of the passive vaccine safety surveillance system (96%; n = 516/539), 87% (n = 446/510) were aware that the TGA makes information publicly available on the safety of vaccines.
