Abstract

The Daviesia squarrose group, formerly considered to be a single species, is elaborated to contain four species. D. nova-anglica and D. quoquoversus are described as new, while D. villifers is resurrected from synonymy and a lectotype is chosen for it. A key is presented for these and other eastern Australian species closely related to D. squarrose.
