Abstract

N-[2-(2-Mercapto-4,4,6-trimethyl-1,4-dihydropyrimidin-1- yl)phenyl]alkanamides (4), obtained by the acylation of their amino analogues (3) with alkanoic acids, were cyclodehydrated to the 3H- benzo-[d]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3,6]thiadiazepines (5).
