Saturated and Unsaturated Cyclic Isourea Derivatives of D-Glucofuranosylamine

Abstract

New saturated and unsaturated substituted 1,2-cyclic isourea ethers [2-amino-4,5-dihydro(gluco)oxazoles ] have been prepared. Formation of the unsaturated compounds from the saturated ones is a base- catalysed process.
