Some Thoracostomopsidae (Nematoda : Enoplida) from Australia, including descriptions of two new genera and diagnostic keys

Abstract

Two new genera, Fleuronema, with the species F. dorca and F. robusta, and Okranema, with the species O. militaris and O. eileenae, and a new species of Epacanthion, E. exploratoris, are described from Australian waters. Keys are given to the world species of Epacanthion, which is redefined. Two species, E. galeatum and E. rnultipapillaturn, are recorded from Australia; additions are made to their descriptions. Three species, E. crassus, E. filicaudatum and E. incurvatus, are transferred to Enoploides.
